Program

This is the preliminary oral and poster program for the 20^th NSC. If you would like to adjust your presentation schedule for your travel, please notify us as soon as possible by sending email to abinavnataraj.ramakrishnan@uis.no

Instructions to presenters

Oral presentations

• Duration of the presentations: 20 min for normal presentations, 30 min for keynote presentations, and 50 min for plenary lectures. Please note the duration also includes the time for questions.
• Presentations should be provided to the organizers in advance:
  • On USB. Bring your presentation on a USB stick. Hand it to our staff at the symposium information desk at any time, or at the designated session rooms at least 15 minutes before the session starts.
  • By email. Send the presentation to tomasz.skrzydlo@uis.no, using “20NSC_presentation no.” in the subject line. Please send the email latest at 10:00 on the first day of the event (Monday 3 June 2024).

Poster presentations

• Print your poster in format: A0-portrait 84 cm(w) x 119 cm(h)
• For poster sessions on Monday, hang your poster before the first poster session but please remove it after lunch on Tuesday; for poster session on Tuesday, please hang your poster before the second poster session.
